Sixth Street 9YR Ruby Cabernet Finish

Another variation in our Double Barrel Series, this expression starts with 9YR Bourbon, finished in Busted Oak Cellars "Ruby Cabernet" casks for 9 months. The result doesn't obscure the classic bourbon flavors, but instead accentuates the red fruit notes that subtly weave their way through the overall flavor profile. Almost brandy-like, this is a sophisticated pour and a good counterpoint to our 9YR Double Oak.
