Sixth Street 9YR Double Oak

From our Double Barrel Series: 9+ year bourbon, finished and rebarreled in Texas for 9+ months in a second New American White Oak barrel. Slightly darker, notes of charred oak, leather, and maple brown sugar. The second oak barreling brings a bit more tannins from the wood without overdoing it -- the result being a bit softer and rounded, with bittersweet dark chocolate and a wonderful finish.
